Laser Tools Page

A Jira ticket tasked to overhaul the previously developed Laser Tools page to use a Material Design and implement that design choice across all Razor components.

Implemented NuGet package, MudBlazor to handle the Material Design choice that was picked by management in Software Engineering. I made an assertive effort to implement the MudBlazor package over the previous MatBlazor NuGet package. The choice was approved upon due to better documentation and support by MudBlazor's team. Overhauled all Razor components to use this package, handled all logic and even created custom Light and Dark theme support. Implemented a responsive website design for Laser Tools Razor components.
